Session times
Standard (non-funded) session:
8:30am – 5:00pm
Fees
Hourly rates (non-funded)
Under 2 years: £12.00 per hour
2–3 years: £9.00 per hour
3–4 years: £8.00 per hour
Funded places
Funded session times
Funded places are offered as full-day sessions only, within the following time options:
8:30am – 2:30pm
or
8:30am – 3:00pm
Government funding
Government early years funding covers childcare and education only.
Any charges for consumables or enhanced provision (such as snacks, extra-curricular activities or special events) are voluntary and are not covered by government funding.
Voluntary consumables & enhanced provision
Snacks: £1.25 per snack
Enhanced provision (full day): £2.50 per funded full-day session

Enhanced resources and learning experiences
Additional hours
Any hours attended outside the funded entitlement will be charged at our standard hourly rate, based on the child’s age.
Registration, deposits & notice period
Registration fee: £50 (non-refundable)
Not applicable to fully funded-only places.
Deposit: £75
This secures your child’s place and will be deducted from the final invoice, subject to the required notice being given.
Notice period:
4 weeks’ written notice is required to terminate or reduce sessions.
